IP field panels are produced from DX51D+ZN275 galvanized material as standard. EN 61587-1 / 6.4 IEC 60529 The degree of protection provided by sealing is protected against contact, foreign objects and water. It prevents dust and water ingress in IP66 protection class in accordance with EN 60529 standard. It becomes IP54 class protected in fan and filter applications. It has a completely polyurethane cast aromatic seal. It provides IP66 protection standard with three point lockable anti Vandalism WK2 standard lock. It also has the highest corrosion resistance with RAL 7035 light gray (white) polyester electrostatic powder paint applied on the mono-block welded structure. Fireproof paint is applied.

There are ventilation filters on the sides of the cabinets. In this way, fresh air is taken in from the lower part, and the polluted air, moisture and heat accumulated inside are evacuated thanks to the fans located in the upper part. Replaceable, cleanable dust filters are used in IP field panels.

IP66 cabinets can be preferred as two doors from outside, one door from outside and two doors from inside. The purpose of this structure is to allow the independent placement of different product and device ecosystems in the same cabinet. In general, the upper part is reserved for 19″ devices such as switch, patch, pdu, fiber termination, organizer. The lower section is designed for devices such as UPS and batteries. Cable passage between compartments is allowed. There are cable channels on the right and left of each compartment. In this way, cable clutter in the panel is prevented.

19″ device mounting rails can be adjusted along the depth of the cabinet.

There is a front-mounted, rear-mounted, front-screwed rack system specially designed for your non-rack devices in IP66 field panels.

IP66 Field cabinets can be preferred as pole type or floor type. In case of floor type, the cabinet has a base. In case of pole type, there is Z bracket and pole mounting kit behind the cabinet.

The ventilation system takes the air from the clean air vent with the protected filter on the side of the cabinet and works in such a way that it is discharged from the ventilation slots on the panel’s cover. LED lightings are designed as integrated on the IP fan modules.

Field cabinets have cable glands at the bottom.

The field panel air conditioner can be applied to pole or floor type field panels with 220V operating feature and a weight of 18kg. It is designed with a weight that will not hinder use. Considering the cabinet dimensions, 3 different models can be preferred with 450W, 1000W, 2000W cooling power.

It can be locked from three points and provides full security with WK2 standard zamak metal body handle lock against vandalism.

Full sealing is ensured with polyurethane cast gasket on the front covers of IP field panels.
